Queensland Country Tourism are thrilled to share a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to elevate your business on an international stage. Toowoomba Regional Council, in partnership with Queensland Country Tourism, Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers, and Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise (TSBE), has been invited to showcase our stunning region at Singapore's iconic Gardens by the Bay from September 23, 2024.
The Toowoomba region has been invited to display in the Singapore Gardens by the Bay Flower Dome, an honour usually reserved for national displays rather than regional ones. The 850m² space will be filled with a garden display that gives the expected 700,000 visitors a taste of our region and showcases the world-class tourism opportunities on offer in Queensland Country. This display launches on the 23rd of September, and in addition to the public launch events and garden opening, we will be playing host to some of the most significant buyers and wholesalers in the South-East Asian market as we teach them about our region's offerings and the travel opportunities that will entice their market.
This event is not just about including your product in a trade manual; it’s about directly sharing it with some of the biggest buyers and wholesalers in the South-East Asian market. This is your chance to build relationships with these key players, teach them how to better sell your offerings, and gain unparalleled exposure.

You will be supported by the Queensland Country Tourism and Tourism and Events Queensland teams throughout.
If you are unable to attend but still want to be involved, we have opportunities to feature your products at dinner events, trade gatherings, and through giveaways.
We are looking for tangible products to gift to buyers, including wine, processed products, and other creations.
Your products can be used as buyer gifts, table displays, or featured beverages at functions.
While the cost of showcasing and participating in the trade events will be covered by Queensland Country and Tourism and Events Queensland, members will need to cover their own travel expenses, including flights, meals, and accommodation. Discounted travel and accommodation packages are being organised and will be available for those interested.
